Elizabeth’s career includes managing a wide range of assets—from luxury lease-ups to complex value-add communities—where she has consistently improved performance, strengthened resident satisfaction, and maximized investment returns. Her expertise encompasses leasing operations, financial oversight, strategic planning, and portfolio optimization.

As a Director of Property Management, Elizabeth leads with both vision and approachability. Hadassa plays an important role in the daily operations at Touchstone Apartments, helping ensure the community runs smoothly while supporting both residents and the team. She brings experience in operations, financial administration, and resident services, along with a strong ability to keep processes organized and efficient.

Before joining Touchstone, Hadassa managed daily operations for a company with multiple locations. In that role, she worked closely with leasing teams, vendors, and residents while overseeing responsibilities ranging from financial reporting to customer service. Her experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of property operations and the importance of responsive, reliable support.

Known for her calm and practical approach, Hadassa is skilled at solving problems and improving systems to make day-to-day operations run more smoothly. She takes pride in supporting residents and helping create communities that are welcoming, well-managed, and comfortable places to live.

Anthony Maruca

Anthony Maruca has been working in apartment leasing and property management since 2018, gaining valuable experience across a variety of companies and residential communities. His background working with different property types has provided him with a strong understanding of the leasing process and the importance of delivering a positive resident experience.

Known for his outgoing personality and strong communication skills, Anthony has a natural ability to connect with people and build meaningful relationships with residents.
