Elizabeth’s career includes managing a wide range of assets—from luxury lease-ups to complex value-add communities—where she has consistently improved performance, strengthened resident satisfaction, and maximized investment returns. Her expertise encompasses leasing operations, financial oversight, strategic planning, and portfolio optimization.

As a Director of Property Management, Elizabeth leads with both vision and approachability. Anthony Maruca

Anthony Maruca has been working in apartment leasing and property management since 2018, gaining valuable experience across a variety of companies and residential communities. His background working with different property types has provided him with a strong understanding of the leasing process and the importance of delivering a positive resident experience.

Known for his outgoing personality and strong communication skills, Anthony has a natural ability to connect with people and build meaningful relationships with residents. He takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their living experience.

Anthony is committed to providing excellent service and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents throughout their time in the community.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys racecars and lacrosse, interests that reflect his energetic and competitive spirit.

Mell Mendes

If you've stopped by our office or called with a question, there's a good chance you've already met Mell. Originally from Brazil, she brings a warm, welcoming personality and a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Mell enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds and making the apartment search feel a little less stressful and a lot more personal. She has a natural talent for staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and making everyone feel right at home.

Behind the scenes, she manages our day-to-day office operations, handles billing, schedules maintenance and contractors, and helps ensure everything stays on track for both our residents and our team. While she's newer to the property management industry, her dedication, attention to detail, and people-first approach have made her an important part of our company.
