We love those home improvement shows. We think the best part is when they show the “Before” and “After” pictures. So, we have listed a few examples of our work below. After all, when we purchase a building, there are usually a lot of “upgrades needed”.

Understandably, people tend to care the most about the insides of their apartments (as opposed to common areas or exteriors). So, we have listed mostly interior upgrades below.
